in my home test camera see different brightness of picture ( West / East )
dark filtre = long distance 100 m -100 000 meters

reason no 1 Light go Isotropy but Earth and Sun is moving in the universe
to expalin you West - East test in ligo please use Y = 2.5 miles

reason no 3 different brightness can be made by air ( air's speed 30km/s with Earth )
